2 – Acquired License – Permitted Uses
By purchasing any of our products, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
worldwide, and perpetual license. This license includes the rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate (including making available), as well as the right to transform the contents for use in your own musical compositions, audiovisual productions, video games, stage works, etc.
Therefore, you are allowed to use our content for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including, for example, research purposes.

The above does not mean the content is free of intellectual property rights. It simply
means you are granted a license to use it freely in any sound, stage, and/or audiovisual production without additional compensation.
It is expressly forbidden to distribute, sell, license, or transfer the contents in isolation, whether in their original form or modified/edited, for use as samples, loops, etc., in any other sound library or sample pack.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, or in general, exploitation of the acquired product, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
The use of our products to train artificial intelligence systems is strictly forbidden.
4 – Credits
It is prohibited to use and/or credit any of our brands or the performers featured in our sample packs as a featured artist, composer, producer, or in any other form of collaboration.
5 – Additional Information and Contact
IMPORTANT: Once access and/or download of the digital files has been activated, the product cannot be returned. In accordance with Article 103, section (m) of Law 3/2014 and related provisions, in cases where digital content is supplied that is not provided on a physical medium, and execution has begun with the consumer’s prior consent, the right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply. This prior consent is given when the user initiates the purchase process of the sound files. At that moment, the user accepts that withdrawal is not possible, as payment triggers access to and/or download of the digital files.
